MyWaChat SaaS Platform

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MyWaChat, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Brightwave Digital Products LLP.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, starting a free plan, purchasing a subscription, activating a license, installing the MyWaChat widget, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Section 1

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MyWaChat website, software, dashboard, website chat widget, services, features, and related products available through https://mywachat.com/.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, starting a free plan, purchasing a subscription, activating a license, installing the MyWaChat widget, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use MyWaChat.

Section 2

2. Service Description and Fair Usage

MyWaChat provides tools for creating website chat flows, collecting optional lead details, and handing a conversation to WhatsApp. Features and usage limits depend on the plan shown when you subscribe. You must not deliberately overload the service, bypass access controls, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Section 3

3. Account Security and CSP Whitelisting

Keep your account password and any API keys private. If you use an AI provider, you are responsible for the key and instructions you add to the account. Domain settings should match the websites where you intend to use the widget.

Section 4

4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

Paid features, prices, billing frequency, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the account area. Unless a different offer or written agreement applies, cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Your access normally continues until the end of that period.

Section 5

5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

Do not use MyWaChat for phishing, malware, unlawful spam, fraud, harassment, or other harmful activity. You are responsible for the content of your flows and for reviewing AI-generated responses before relying on them. We may suspend an account when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with the law.

We may suspend an account when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with the law.

Section 6

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The MyWaChat service, software, interface, and brand assets are owned by MyWaChat or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of proprietary parts of the service, except where applicable law allows it.
  • Resell or repackage the service unless your plan or a separate written agreement allows it.
  • Use automated activity to scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass controls on the service.

Section 7

7. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use MyWaChat.

If you are using MyWaChat on behalf of a business, organization, agency, or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Section 8

8. Account Registration

The free plan or demo may contain limitations relating to features, widget loads, websites, domains, traffic, AI functionality, branding, storage, or other usage limits.

Customers are encouraged to evaluate the free plan/demo before purchasing a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue free-plan or demo functionality at any time.

Section 10

10. Paid Subscription Plans

MyWaChat offers paid subscription plans from time to time.

The applicable price, billing period, features, usage limits, and other plan conditions will be displayed on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the applicable plan before making a purchase.

The current website may display different plans and pricing, and these may be changed, updated, or replaced by Brightwave Digital Products LLP from time to time.

Section 11

11. License and Activation

Where a paid plan is provided through a license key or activation mechanism, the license grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable MyWaChat features during the valid subscription period.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the websites on which MyWaChat is installed comply with applicable laws and their own privacy, cookie, advertising, and data-protection obligations.

We do not guarantee that the widget will operate identically on every website or technical environment.

Section 13

13. Domain and Website Authorization

MyWaChat may provide domain controls or allow customers to specify websites on which the widget may operate.
